Good News For Leaders

A few weeks back I posted about downtime for leaders, as well as indicating some good news for leaders from Jacobs Coaching & Executive Coaching. First some background: We’re clearly not back to normal, the new normal, or the next normal. We’re not yet in the Post-COVID19 environment, and we don’t know when we will be. And despite Zoom Happy Hours and our leadership efforts to date many of our people are exhausted by the ongoing uncertainty, with no end in sight. You may be exhausted too.

However, your teams, your partners, your clients, and associates need your leadership now more than ever. While the continuing uncertainty of 2020 has made leadership challenging for many, the most trying times can fuel your greatest leadership growth. And you’re up to the leadership challenge.

Here’s The Good News For Leaders:

The good news is you don’t have to navigate this unfamiliar territory alone. And the news for leaders is that I’ve created our second leadership e-Book, “Nine Critical Leadership Traits For Today”  to give you insights, strategies, and tips to empower you to lead more effectively in the face of ongoing uncertainty.

The tips are a result of my research and interviews with respected leaders, as well as my own views about leadership, honed over decades as an agency leader and leadership coach.

Here’s a link to submit your email address and download the ebook.
