Jacobs Communications Consulting, LLC helps small-to-midsized public relations agencies with the critical needs of growing and managing business, improving client service, and enhancing staff performance, communications and retention.
We do so via consulting, training and coaching.
Our consulting services include advising on agency business plans, marketing campaigns and new business proposals and presentations; leading workshops on expanding business from existing clients; offering PR skills training workshops; designing agency training programs; and facilitating idea-generation sessions.
Training programs include "Five-Star Client Service," "Managing Up," "Managing Difficult Clients," "From Manager to Leader," and "Constructive Confrontation," to name a few.
In addition, we provide coaching to leaders, team members and individuals to achieve performance goals and improve their leadership, management and communications skills.
